General Instructions

  1. The paper contains 25 questions in two sections. All questions are compulsory.
  2. Section A (Q. 1 to Q. 20): Multiple Choice Questions. Each question has four options (A), (B), (C), (D), out of which only one is correct.
  3. Section B (Q. 21 to Q. 25): Numerical Value questions. The answer to each question is an integer, to be typed in the answer box.
  4. Marking: +4 for a correct answer, −1 for an incorrect answer, 0 if unattempted (both sections).
  5. The 60-minute countdown timer starts as soon as the first question appears. It is shown at the top-right of the screen along with the number of answered and unanswered questions.
  6. When the timer reaches 00:00, the test is submitted automatically and your result is shown.
  7. The time you spend on each question is recorded and shown in your final report.

Navigating the Test

  • Click an option to select it. For numerical questions, type your answer in the box. Responses are saved automatically.
  • Save & Next moves to the next question. Clear Response removes your answer to the current question.
  • Mark for Review & Next flags a question so you can come back to it later.
  • Use the Question Palette on the right to jump to any question at any time.
  • A Submit Test button is available on every question. You will see a summary before final submission.

Questions that are Answered & Marked for Review will be evaluated. Questions only marked for review (without an answer) will not.

Terms & Conditions

  1. I am the candidate whose name and contact number were entered on the login page, and I will attempt this test myself.
  2. I will not use any books, notes, calculators, mobile phones, websites, AI tools or help from any other person during the test.
  3. I understand that the timer cannot be paused once the test has started, and it keeps running even if I switch to another tab or window.
  4. I will not refresh, reload or close this page during the test. Doing so may lose all my responses, and the test cannot be resumed.
  5. I understand that the test will be submitted automatically when the 60-minute time limit ends.
  6. I understand that once I click Final Submit, I cannot change any answer.
  7. I accept the marking scheme (+4 for correct, −1 for incorrect, 0 for unattempted) for both sections.
  8. I understand that the result and topic analysis are for practice and self-assessment only, and are not an official JEE score.
